2. Down’s Syndrome
3. A genotype is an organism’s genetic makeup, however a phenotype is the actual expression of the gene, a set of observable characteristics.

1. The Law of Independent Assortment affects dihybrid and trihybrid crosses by dictating that in, say cross AABb x Aabb, Allele A in the first specimen can be passed on with either B or b, as they are not associated with each other and are independently inherited. 2. Relative to those who have shorter VNTRs, those with VNTRs that repeat more times will have bands closer to the top of a Southern blot. 3. MPH triggers the mitotic and meiotic cycles to advance, doing things such as promote spindle assembly and break down the nuclear envelope.
