I saw them, they are very cool! Code isńt my cup of tea though, lol.
It's more... a standardized code for displaying characters, so this number corresponds to that character and people can communicate without everything being weird symbols. So not CS code or ciphers, although it's used in CS, just a system matching each character to a number.
You don't need to know how to code to make ASCII art, just press the characters on the keyboard and hit space a bunch of times until they line up(easier said than done).

The second [code] tag isn't necessary, but you do need the ending tag with the slash.
I would guess a tornado, but I bet that isn't it.
