Do you guys have any recommendations for textbooks for Division C?

I personally use Pearson's Fundamentals of Anatomy and Physiology book. I don't remember which edition, but the more recent the better I assume if you want to use that one. It is definitely a really good foundation. I like to keep an Anatomy and Physiology for Dummies book on hand too for quick refreshers/studying, since it is a lot shorter. I've also heard good things about the Gray's Anatomy ones.

Anyway, if you have any friends in college you might have better access to A&P textbooks. Usually you can find some sort of textbook though for any event online.
However it might be easier to just go by the rule manual and search up specific information anyway.

Thank You, I have been going by the topics they listed, but wasn't sure if I was studying enough. That is why I asked for other resources . Also do you know if they released the handout?

Has anyone found a straightforward quantitative formula for GFR? I know it's impacted by serum creatinine, age, and physical characteristics, but I wanted to verify that I had the correct variables for each.

The equation I have is GFR=Kf[(Pgc-Pbs)-πgc] (f, GC, BC are subscripts), where Kf=filtration coefficient, an intrinsic property of glomerular capacity, Pgc=hydrostatic pressure of glomerular capillary, Pbc=hydrostatic pressure of Bowman's space, and πgc=oncotic pressure of glomerular capillary
