The rules clearly state that all formulas are to be provided, and all the competitions I've been at have followed that rule.
And if they give you the sheet, even if a formula is wrong, they probably based all their answers to that formula so it might be a good idea to follow what they give you. Such as if you use 9.81 m/s^2 for your acceleration due to gravity and they provide a constant that differs from that, you'll probably get the questions wrong.
