Do you mean writing it? I find it hard to pronounce Latin words by the way the word is spelled

I actually find it incredibly easy. If you know how the various vowels, consonants, and diphthongs are spelled, then you can say the word.

Me too. I am actually able to read and speak it fairly well, along with converse in it rudimentarily.

I've only studied it for about 8 weeks, so that's probably the reason

Noob, brush strokes are so easy to learn. Shang, xia, zhou, you, pie, na. What's hard is vocabulary. I only know over one thousand words.

Once you start writing alot, you don't really need to think about it. At least you're learning Mandarin, I heard that learning Cantonese is much harder, i'm so glad my first language is Canto :)

haha yeah vocabulary is definitely the hardest part of Chinese, I have the vocab skills of maybe a really stupid 3rd grader >o<

me, even worse...dropped out of chinese school at grade 3... >.<

and yeah but the order is annoying...the brush strokes are easy, but chinese people (teachers) are so particular about order >.< and im not a natural born artist, so my words look sorta messed up :P
