The signature is probably about killer ID more than anything else. I think the posts are kill clues, and since I'm the closest one to Lebanon it's probably a safe assumption to protect me.

A fun fact about Lebanon: it's pronounced leh-buh-nen (rhymes with "men"), not leh-buh-naan (like the country). A lot of places in Missouri are just butchered pronunciations of other languages.

The domain is owned by an IT company called Centrilogic. The Portland one appears to be a private device.

The Portland one turns a hosting organization "Vlan24", although that probably isn't related (since private device)

Centrilogic is based in Rochester, NY, with additional sites in Lenoir, SC, Buffalo, NY, and the US Virgin Islands. That very definitely explains some of the false IP readings from earlier.
