I know of the Dumpster Rat Cult and the Cult of Intelligent Avians. I think sneepity is 'in charge' of the rat-cult, and kh.aotic the CIA (kh.aotic is Aunt Skythee on Discord), but auntie pidgeon only has one post here, so she isn't a valid target.
