I think flu has a strong chance of making 2nd place, especially if they stack for Nats, but COVID-19 is definitely beating Troy this year.SluffAndRuff wrote: ↑March 8th, 2020, 3:29 pm In lieu of recent events, my prediction is now

I politely disagree.Havocgamer49 wrote: ↑March 8th, 2020, 6:28 pm Now this is messed up, y'all are sleeping on Nobody.
1. Nobody
2. COVID-19
3. Troy somehow
For #3, are you referring to Influenza A, B, or C? I feel like Influenza's teams all have a pretty good shot at Nats this year, and I'm not clear on which of their teams you're referring toSilverBreeze wrote: ↑March 8th, 2020, 6:31 pmI politely disagree.Havocgamer49 wrote: ↑March 8th, 2020, 6:28 pm Now this is messed up, y'all are sleeping on Nobody.

1. Nobody
2. COVID-19
3. flu
4. Troy somehow: Troy(MI)
5. Every team that would have gone to NY and SoCal states
I think all, given that they seem to be stacking like they always do.pepperonipi wrote: ↑March 8th, 2020, 6:37 pmFor #3, are you referring to Influenza A, B, or C? COVID-19's performance this year has been nothing to sneeze at (honestly, it might be the best anyone has seen since Ebola 2014), but I think Influenza will give them a run for their money. You can never count out the ol' Flu.SilverBreeze wrote: ↑March 8th, 2020, 6:38 pmI think all, given that they seem to be stacking like they always do.pepperonipi wrote: ↑March 8th, 2020, 6:37 pmFor #3, are you referring to Influenza A, B, or C? EDIT: Based off invitational performances, they seem to be very strong this year, though still trailing behind COVID-19 and Nobody.
My guess is that COVID-19 will be first with a score of 23.smayya337 wrote: ↑March 8th, 2020, 7:12 pmCOVID-19's performance this year has been nothing to sneeze at (honestly, it might be the best anyone has seen since Ebola 2014), but I think Influenza will give them a run for their money. The event I'm really keeping an eye out for at Nats is Disease Detectives. Both COVID and Flu are sickeningly good at this event, and I think whoever wins DD is likely to win the whole tourney.

Troy won't be too far behind with a score of 24 (somehow, don't ask)
At this point, it's really a tossup between these 2.
