Seeing as States starts on Friday, here are my predictions:

1. FM - this is a stretch but whatever
2. GNS - even more of a stretch lol
3. Columbia - did I spell that right?
4. WM - I keep thinking it stands for women's march
5. Mount Academy - I don't know who they are but the name sounds cool

I'm curious, do you have any reason why Columbia would be any weaker, and GNS could overtake FM/WM (one or both of which have been dominant schools for quite a while)? Invites don't seem to show them faltering, and I haven't heard of GNS beating anyone that badly XD (unless I just don't hear much anymore :/).

Also, can't just do a top 5 ranking! The top 6-10 ranking is much more fun to guess about :D.

Predictions:
1. Ward Melville
2. Columbia
3. Great Neck South
4. Mount Academy
5. Fayetteville-Manlius
6. Syosset
7. Spackenkill
8. Half Hollow Hills East
9. Townsend Harris
10. Kellenberg

So through my analysis of FM they have really fallen off this year. I think the result at Penn may have just been a fluke. GNS has really shown potential this year and Mount Academy is always consistent. 1 and 2 are tossups but I'm going to go with what others say.

Yeah I'm just doing this for fun. I agree that GNS probably won't beat WM, Columbia, or FM. I just have a bet with a friend so I need FM to win. I'll add 6-10 later.

Edit:
6 - 10 predictions:
6. Niskayuna
7. Syosset
8. Spakenkill
9. HHHE
10. Charminade

At Trumpets don't do it too much later ;)!

At WardMelvilleSO, interesting choices! You guys gonna take down Columbia's rise ;)?

At NYS Div C, good luck to all tomorrow, and may the odds be ever in your favor (though, special good luck to Syosset as usual).

Any teams concerned about snow tomorrow? Delays could potentially make us miss the Friday events, which would be very very bad. Hopefully it's not too bad, but if the snow is bad enough to warrant school cancellation, we're screwed because our transportation is through the district and not an outside bus company.

I'll throw in predictions for fun, slightly altered from my previous ones.

1. Columbia
2. WM
3. FM
4. GNS
5. Mount Academy
6. Syosset
7. Niskayuna
8. Spackenkill
9. HHHE
10. Kellenberg

With consideration to Chaminade, Townsend Harris, and Stuyvesant

A similar thing happened a few years back. A lot of teams weren't able to make it Friday evening, so the events then were pushed to the first time slot on Saturday, and the other events were postponed an hour. I'd assume if it's bad enough, the same thing would happen.

Apologies if this has already been asked/answered in here, but is there a livestream for Div C awards this year?
