I'm pretty sure there is a list of legislation and economic oppurtunities on the 2016 powerpoint that is on soinc... I'll double check though.

Edit: Yes, there is, it is the last 2 slides.

Well, this is my first year, but we are doing practice tests and also just reading over our notes over and over. I also print out my notes in 4.5 font at Microsoft Office.
Welcome to SO!! Another tip I would recommend is looking over the powerpoint on Soinc.org and researching the topics on there extensively. That's what I do!! :D
Thank you for the tip

Has anyone been to a green generation Science Oly. competition?
For those who have been to the competition, on the day of the competition, do you think the test given to you was hard or fair?

I'm certain many of the users here have competing in Green Generation at tournaments. I suppose a more specific question asking about experiences or topics to study would have better discussion and would be more useful to know. Though since tournaments vary, the quality of tests some competitors see at one tournament isn't going to dictate what you see at another.

Also, on the forums we prefer if users avoid double- or multi-posting (i.e. multiple posts in a row on similar topics by the same user) if possible.

In Part 2, when they say Population Growth Issues, are they referring to how humans directly affect the environment as communities begin to develop?

Aw, I miss this event so much and I didn't get in it this year bc of event conflict.

When I did this event as a trial event in state two years ago, population growth was basically how humans will run out of resources soon, etc. it's hard to explain, but I highly recommend going on the official scioly website, they have some great resources and definitions.
