We got 3rd... even though my builder is convinced she screwed up one step. You know the cross on top of the box thing? The x shape? Well she apparently thinks she switched the legs and put them in the wrong place. But hey. Best finish I've had at nats in WIDI.

Spontaneous and creative isn't always best. They once gave toothpicks and styrofoam, which sucked. (though i guess thats not terribly creative)

What do you mean by coordinate system?

The point is to define what "common punctuation and editing symbols" are allowed.

Yep, the lego pieces have bumps on them where you connect other pieces, so imagine those bumps as dots on a grid. You could say, put the 2x2x2 cube on the 5x5 plate at 2,3

You know, you could make a drawing for your directions that would go something like this:
--------------
----____ -----
--/-------\-----
-| 2 red---\------
-|----------|-------
-|--1 blue-|--------
-|_______|------------
-----------------------------
Say, the colors mean tooth picks... :P

(ignore dotted lines, they're there for format)
