Re: Team Forum
Well we dont really have a reason to. I mean everyone knows when the meetings are and all the talk about invitational and state competitions happens at the meeting. Whos doing what event and with whom doesnt get chosen until a week before states so you cant talk to your partner about your event because you dont know what event your doing and who your partner is.

o, most of my team doesn't know when meetings are, and its amazing if we can get more than 1/2 the team at any one meetingPleiades wrote:Well we dont really have a reason to. we don't decide events until the week before a competition, but that can change up to the day of the competition

Re: Team Forum
we have meetings whenever one of the officers feels like it, usually after school on tuesday, wednesday, or thursday, and we email the team, and hope, once in a while we put up fliers or put it on the announcements, but not very often

Re: Team Forum
i'm not sure how much people actually do outside of meetings, i'm probably the only one that studies regularly

Re: Team Forum
i'm the only one that studies AT ALL. if i could get people to practice at home then my team would be pretty good. my team has the brains it's just when they go into competition they have no clue what the event wants them to do. Last year i was the only one who read the rules for my event.
