Juniata was '04. It was outside and weather didn't cooperate. So outdoors is not a good idea.
Free ice cream sandwiches at '01 in Colorado. Don't remember how '05 Illinois tournament went so it must've been fairly good without any major problems.
120 teams x 20/team = 2400 ice cream sandwiches... + a bottle/person. $2000 isn't a hefty price at all for keeping everyone energized and hydrated.

Perhaps the swap meet could be in the quad? that would be very spacious, as I kept getting super lost in Washington DC at the swap meet (my team forgot me and left)

I was at nationals 2 years ago in D.C., and the atmosphere is a million times better when it is outdoors. That was personally one of my favorite parts of nationals.

The quad would be perfect....just make sure its not rainy that day, and free ice cream sandwiches are a great idea....

While this is completely unrealistic, it would be really cool if 5-10 of the trajectories could launch at thee same time at 5-10 side by side targets. It would be an epic sight to be seen.

It would help if there could be views of rooms where events are taking place on the website especially for events like wright stuff and helicopters to plan for how high the ceiling will be. I know that some kids on my team have been trying to figure that out.

I am fairly certain that Wright Stuff will be in the Armory (or former armory), with a 98 foot ceiling.

I sincerely doubt that there will be any limiting factors for Wright Stuff, which should make it really incredible!
