Yeah most of what you need can start at the wiki
also read the Egg-O-Naut thread and I think there might be an archive from the last time it was an event on the archive.

its like a competition, only we just have to build it within 1 class period! any suggestions onit?

Yargh, look at the wiki, I advise to use the top of one bottle as the base for the nose cone then fins from something stiff yet easily attachable. Attach the nose cone to the bottle with string then attach the parachute really close to the nose cone and wieght the nose cone. Search threads people I'm sick of telling people to look at the wiki and saying stuff I've said before. :evil:
