Does anybody know how sending multiple teams to state will work? Will each team have to qualify or will just one team from a school have to qualify to send multiple teams?

You can't send multiple teams period. Only multiple teams for regionals.

How did everyone like the test quality at regionals?

Circuit lab was too easy imo, but the questions were cool. Codebusters was pretty bad, the length of the text was way too long. Machines test was nice but probably too short. Cybersecurity test was amazing, really fun test with a good spread of topics.
