University of Chicago 2021 B/C Invitationals
We are excited to announce that we will be hosting our 4th annual Division C Invitational on January 16, 2021 and Division B Invitational on January 23, 2021
Due to COVID-19, both invites will be virtual and will follow the mini-SO format (https://www.soinc.org/play/tournaments), with us running 18 of the 23 division C events and 17 division B events. We hope to make the invite fun for students and replicate much of the traditional Science Olympiad experience with additional fun virtual activities and a live-streamed awards ceremony. Events will be self-scheduled 50-minute blocks on the tournament dates.
These events will be run and scored by University of Chicago students, faculty, and alumni and will be targeted towards a regional/state level (with possibly a few national-level questions thrown in to accommodate all teams). Schools may register 3 teams max with 15 students on each team. If you would like to register multiple teams, please fill out the form once for each team. Registration for both Invitationals will be on the same form so please make sure to mark your division correctly on the form.
Please use the following link to register your team(s) for our Invitationals: https://forms.gle/nNPEJfPe9JVuU1vaA. Registration fees will be $30/team and free for CPS teams. Information regarding payment mailing and Scilympiad platform setup will be emailed to you soon after your registration is confirmed. Registration will close November 1st or whenever we are at full capacity.
We encourage you to follow our Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/uchicagoscio) and website (https://voices.uchicago.edu/scienceoly ... tationals/) as we continue to update with more details. Please feel free to contact uchicagoscio@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Yes, if anyone on your team medaled, you coaches will get an email with a goggle form to confirm the shipping address.
