Scioly Assassination 147: Memopolis

To Join:
1. All participants should send one meme of their choice (nothing offensive, please use your best judgment) to indicate their interest to the Assassinator email account linked in the signature (be sure to include your Scioly.org username in the email). If you are not comfortable with this PM the Assassinator account and we will figure out a workaround.

2. After the conscription period, participants will be divided into two different teams who will compete against each other throughout the game.

3. Teams will be posted at the time of the kill clue.

Rules:
1. Clues will be posted in a format of or relating to a meme. Should this format become unsustainable, a more traditional approach will be taken.

2. The Assassinators may target participants on either team as well as those not participating. Transmutation Hovertrucks and scioly.org staff are not exempt from being targeted.

3. The participants whose team solved the clue correctly first are immune for the duration of that clue.

4. Solving a clue correctly will also grant the team an accusation.

5. When accusing, the initiator must use the following format: "I accuse [username] of being an Assassinator because [state reason]." Not using the format will render the accusation void.

6. A majority of the team (50% or more) must support the accusation for it to count.

7. Teams may only accuse once AND protect one target per clue, unless explicitly allowed by the Assassinators.

8. Anybody can join during the game, but they cannot be previous participants who have been killed.

9. Teams will have the same number of members (dead and alive) throughout the game - new participants will only be allowed to join if the number of participants on each team remains equal.

10. All participants must post in this thread at least once every 5 days, or their spot may be replaced by the next individual on the waitlist. They may ask to rejoin the game by adding their username to the waitlist.

11. The Assassinators wins after 15 incorrect accusations have been made, though the number of accusations needed goes down with each death. If a team does not win by the time this number is met, both teams lose.

12. After both Assassinators have been correctly accused, the team with the highest amount of points (including those gained from accusations) shall be crowned the victors. Correct protections count for 1 victory point, and correct accusations count for 4 victory points.

13. Whenever a team member dies, the opposing team will gain 1 point.

14. The game ends when any party wins or loses.

15. The Assassinators reserve the right to add, change, or remove any rules at any point in the game.

Notes:
- There are 2 Assassinators.

- We ask that individuals who know our identities to not reveal us (this includes Torchic, LittleMissNyan, SilverBreeze, and the staff. They may still participate and solve kill clues.

- Remember, communication is essential to be successful. Be sure to have a way to effectively communicate with your teammates throughout the game.

- The first kill clue will be posted soon, along with the team rosters. Each team will be allowed to choose their name.

- We know that the rules are a bit confusing, so please post any questions you have below.

This is definitely new to me. There has been multiple sassies before, but never teams I don't think.
