Replaying Events for 2021

Hm, I'm curious... by tweaks and adjustments does it mean focused on fixing issues more in the spirit of FAQs/rules clarifications or more similar to modifying rules in the spirit of a compromise between replay and rotation(e.g. add new topics, change sections)?

TL, DR:
PPP, Detector, Protein changes, update to bird list
10 trials between B/C which will become events in the future, and will work with state tourneys to host these trials.
Reasoning: reduces cost, no nats, unable to collect data/info, reuse of scheds and resources.
350 tourneys happened, 100 didnt. (~50 were states/nats tourneys, 1 invitational, rest were regs)

No gravity change ew

I really hope that means they will at least change the specifications for the other build events.

I don't think we quite know yet but hopefully the latter.

It means that there will be significant modifications "in the spirit of a compromise between replay and rotation" in the events like those listed (Orni, Protein, Detector, etc.) but most other events should only be expected to have minor clarifications in all the events.

Well I've got to say that if they make absolutely no changes to Wright Stuff other than rule clarifications(there were only 3 FAQs) I probably won't do it for the 2021 season.
All they really need to do is keep the 2 directions bonus and allow for maybe a few extra centimeters on the stab and prop.

Agreed. The whole point of the "replay" is so that team's don't have to spend extra money making extra devices, but it kinda defeats the point if teams have to rebuild a plane to different specs.

event rotations will not happen, so anatomy should remain muscular/skeletal/integumentary
