There's a forum about cheat sheets under "General Competition."
As for sources, I've never competed in disease but the CDC textbook was really helpful when I was taking notes(if you haven't done this already).

Case Definitions are pretty simple: they essentially just ask for the place, person, time, and clinical information of an outbreak (place-- where; person-- who is the population/people that is affected; time-- date of first case to last case; clinical info-- symptoms of the disease and stuff).

Usually, they aren't very lengthy. Listing all this information concisely is the way I typically do a case definition.

You can also have hierarchical case definitions - suspect, probable, confirmed. Usually suspect may just have signs or symptoms, probables have those plus some epi linkage and/or nondefinitive lab result while confirmed have a lab test to support

That's a good way to start, but the 3 handouts themselves won't cover all the information that you should know.

For this challenge i recommend that you study your definitions. In the 2020 science Olympiad Disease Detectives challenge. There was a lot of definitions asking what they meant . i highly recommend to study your definitions. there was very few diseases on the test. Also recommend to learn or remember how to take percentages. GOOD LUCK !!!
