its to mathy... it needs to be more directly related to sci topics becauz math is used in sci but is not a topic of sci by itself... thats what math class is four... plus w/ 4 #s, u r really limited to how many non fractions u can make... even with fractions theres only at most... 4x3x2 #s.... 24+ whatever else u get....

not necessarily. physics is essentially applied mathematics, and engineering is applied physics. but physics actually uses more trigonometry than any other math (although they use all of them a lot). i know this because my dad is a physisist and my brother is going into phisics and i myself am interested in physics (although i think i like asronomy more).

Mathematics IS a science, isn't it?
I know, but I doubt that people would want to do 2+2 for Science Olympiad.

I think I would enjoy this event but, I can see what people mean by saying it's not really that science oriented and would be better for like a "math olympiad"

Math Olympiad's really different though. And I guess Math kind of is science. So in that sense, this sounds like a good event.

Yes i know, I did it in 6th grade---It would be good for a "Math Olympiad" that was done in the same way as SO
