Longer gaps possible by running along the diagonal.
Longer gaps possible by tipping up about 45 degrees to launch the sphere.
Need to conserve energy to make the jumps, any delays for timing should be after gaps.
Need to be consistent on your launch and have a forgiving landing zone. Rigidity is your friend for the track.
Make sure you pay attention to the 5 cm after run and the steps at beginning and end of gap.

gap jump should cross the diagonal of the box. 30-42 cm for each jump. the last one may be less.
