Is this Wayne from MIstborn? (Pathians)

EDIT: No it's Spook! Should've known by the blindfold I suppose, but the dueling canes set me off (plus both Wayne and Spook have slang). I guess the fact that Spook also looks like a knock off Kelsier should've tipped me off as well.
