Volcanic eruptions cause global cooling due to it's sulfur emissions. The sulfur dioxide mixes with water vapor and hydroxide to create aerosols that stay in the atmosphere for years and scatter solar radiation, thus lowering the amount of radiation the earth absorbs. Mount Tambora released so much Sulfur Dioxide that the earth cooled 0.4C-0.7C and a summer did not occur
The Thornthwaite classification system classifies by vegetation characteristic and precipitation. (Precipitation/Evaporation or P/E)

The ozone layer absorbs ultraviolet radiation, so the hole in the ozone layer lets in ultraviolet radiation and leads to warming.
El Niño causes less hurricanes in the Atlantic, and La Nina causes more.
In an inversion layer, the temperature increases with height instead of decreases.
The temperature at 5000 meters should be -38 C?(not too sure about that one).
BSk is dry-cool with a dry season in summer, and BWh is dry-hot with a dry season in winter.

Also, you got #2 and #4 incorrect.
The ozone layer actually does not impact climate at all. It neither warms nor cools the atmosphere.
#4 as you lose an average of 3.5°C per 1000 ft, the actual temperature should be 30.5°C at 5000 ft.

I haven't seen the rules for this event, but, as is the case with most events, the rules usually say you can put any information from any source on your cheat sheet.
