OK thanks for the advice, (and it is one cheat sheet this year, last year was two i believe.

Yeah, last year it was two per team, and then the year before that it was one per person, and back when everyday weather was the topic in 2013 it was also one per team, so I guess it rotates with the topic (or at least from what I can tell with my experience).

I got this information from the Meteorology Wiki.

The event is designed for up to 2 people. In 2015, each team is allowed to bring two note sheets to the competition. Additionally, each competitor may also bring a non-graphing calculator.

That's probably outdated, since it still says 2015 (btw by SO standards, we're in 2016)

Yeah, I recently acquired a copy of the 2016 Division B rules manual, and it is 1 per team.

Can someone clearly define Heating Degree Days and Cooling Degree Days?

I know that a Cooling Degree Day is a day in which people should turn of the air conditioning. I think a Heating Degree Day is something similar.
