Desert Mountain High School
I mean, if they beat us, they can beat anybody.
Seriously? Troy, Mounds View, and Solon will take top 5. I think Solon will put on a much stronger performance this year out of wounded pride.
Obviously this is just wild guessing.

Don't forget Texas- LASA winning both MIT and Wright State U is huge. And you can't ignore Seven Lakes at all either

Never argue with an idiot, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

TBH it's hard to define top 5. All of the schools are ~equal in terms of intelligence/preparation. A lot of it is luck, too; there's always those events that you win at state and then completely screw up in at Nationals because of things out of your control. Top 5 is determined more by how few events you messed up than how many events you won

Sounds about right to me; last year Meads Mill got 4th in B; they had top 20 in all but two events, which were both in the 50s.chinesesushi wrote:excuses excuses ...boomvroomshroom wrote:TBH it's hard to define top 5. Top 10 for Melville would be amazing...coming back from what happened last year. Of course, they haven't even had states yet. Let's see if they can beat FM this weekend.
Solon will probably redeem themselves.
Also, didn't see anyone mention Harriton.

At that low of a score, it's hard to improve any more, so even 5 points is pretty great haha!I think they should place very high at Nats.Unome wrote:Impressive! (I think that's a 5ish point improvement over last year)InfiniCuber wrote:...

Scioly isn't a club, or an organization. It is a lifestyle.

That's awesome! At our states, we're lucky to get in the 70s range :OInfiniCuber wrote:At that low of a score, it's hard to improve any more, so even 5 points is pretty great haha!I think they should place very high at Nats.Unome wrote:Impressive!
