Yes. There are new rules issued. We made some significant changes to them to address many of the issued discovered this year. They'll be posted shortly to http://soinc.org/trial_events

Rules for the Division C Mag Lev trial event have been posted on the New York web site since June 28

Yes, as is indicated by the red watermark on each page that says "New York State Trial Event 2012"
